1. How does Orion benefit my performing successful stock transactions?

2. What is Level I?
Level I is the browser based format which displays the best sales price and the best purchase price of a stock. Upon entering an order to buy or sell a stock, at a specified price (limit order) or at the prevailing market price (market order), the system will immediately search for the best price available in the markets to fill your order. This system is the most widely used by individual investors as well as portfolio managers.


3. What is Level II?
Level II is the software platform which once installed on your computer will display a format whereby you view the various levels of both bids and offers, by all market participants of a specific stock; and you enter orders for the purchase or sale of a stock directed to an ECN or Market Maker of your choosing. This type of system is the most appropriate and widely used by professional traders and institutions.

4. What is Direct Access?

It is the system which allows you to enter sell or buy orders from you computer without any delays from middlemen, with extremely low transaction cost of execution (commissions) and receive a direct, instantaneous confirmation of your transaction.


5. Is Direct Access different from traditional trading on line?
Yes, the main difference consists in that through the traditional system of online trading, the customer sends his buy/sell orders through the internet, to a firm whose staff reviews and then proceeds to complete the order for the customer. Direct Access allows the investor to be the one to send his buy or sell orders without traditional intermediaries, directly to and from the marketplaces and exchange floors.


6. Who is our clearing agent?
Your account is held at Computer Clearing Services, which is the custodian of the assets and is the clearing firm for your transactions. CCS is an industry leader in On Line operations for Brokerage Firms,and is a member of the NASD, MSRB, SIPC,NSCC and DTC the largest clearing facility and depositary in the United States. Personal banking services are offered through the Reserve Funds. CCS also provides suplemental insurance in the amount of $15 million.


7. What is the minimum amount required to open my account?
LEVEL I: The minimum amount required is US$2,000.00 allowing you to open an account and to enter purchase and sale orders of stocks on the Level I browser based platform.
LEVEL II: The minimum amount required is US$30,000.00 allowing you to open the account and perform purchase and sale orders of stocks on our sophisticated Level II platform.


8. Is my account protected and insured?
Yes. The Securities Investor Protection Corporation (S.I.P.C.) protects the assets in your account for an amount of up to US$500,000, covering up to US$400,000 in securities and US$100,000 in cash. In addition the custodian of your account, CCS i(also covered by the S.I.P.C.)offers supplemental insurance of US$15,000,000 per account, at no cost to you.

9. How can I deposit or withdraw from my account?
You are be able to move funds in or out of your account through your choice of a wire transfer request, a check request, or a checkbook issued from your account.


10. How can I obtain my VISA card ® and my check book?
Qualified customers will be able to have a VISA ® gold debit card once you open an account with a minimum of US$10,000, with which you can use to make purchases, or withdraw cash at over 180,000 ATM's worldwide.. You may also have a checking account to draw funds against your equity balance.


11. What are my transaction costs?
We offer some of the lowest and most competetive commissions costs available for the purchase or sale of stocks, bonds and mutual funds.

12. What happens if my Level II account drops below $25,000?
Securities "DayTrading" Regulations mandate that if the equity in your Level II account is less than $ 25,000, you may only perform a maximum of 3 "round trips" within any 5-day period. A "round-trip" is the buying and selling of the same security on the same day. Or you may be coded as a "pattern daytrader" if your daytrading activites are greater than 6% of the total trading activity during a 5 day period.
It is of utmost importance to follow this rule as violations may subject your account to certain strict restrictions as set forth by the industry regulations.
